Diagnostic Assessments are available to youth and families. The program goal is to identify the treatment needs of consumers and ensure provision of quality services.
Outpatient Mental Health Services provide mental health services for youth and families of Allen, Auglaize, Hardin, and Hancock counties. Clients in outpatient are usually not at imminent risk of out of home placement. Treatment strategies include cognitive behavioral treatment; brief therapy; solution focused; problem-solving; and family systems treatment. Outpatient services will provide group counseling with a focus on parent education and support by utilizing Active Parenting curriculum.
Emergency Services provide crisis intervention for youth and families during agency hours. This service collaborates with hospitals and other community organizations to provide back up consultation for youth and their families to ensure accessibility and continuity of care to the community we serve.
Medication Somatic Services provide psychiatric support for SED youth, youth at risk for out of home placement, youth discharged from a psychiatric facility and their families. Nurse case managers monitor clients receiving med/somatic services and increase public awareness of medication and psychiatric disorders through community events and meetings.
