Program Goal
To offer specialized treatment curriculums for Juvenile
offenders to eliminate sex offenses.
Program Objectives
- The ATSA guiding principals
shall be utilized in curriculum development.
- To complete relapse
prevention plans.
- To eliminate sex offending
behaviors.
- To require parents to be
involved in “sex offender” parental curriculum.
- To maintain a counselor with
expertise in sex offender treatment.
- To train an additional
counselor in sex offender treatment.
- To collaborate with the
Juvenile Court to ensure continuity of care, accountability, and community
safety.
- To develop a TASK force
dedicated to evaluate and monitor the juvenile sex offender.
- Of the 20 males served in the
program, 18 males will complete 18 months of phasic treatment and not
sexually reoffend during the time they are enrolled in the sex offender
program.
Target Population
Males 11-17 years that have committed a sexual offense or
exhibit high risk sexual behaviors and their parents/guardians.
Expected Outcomes
Outcomes shall be measured by the following mechanisms:
- Pre-Post Survey
- Completion of Relapse
Prevention plan.
- Clinical Precision-Plus
- Performance Target Outcome
reports will be evaluated by the MHRSB Quarterly.
Hours of Operations
Sex Offender assessments, counseling, and group therapy shall be available
Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm; Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
