Medical Insurance                    Single Plan – $80.30 per month              HDHP Single Plan - $58.46/month

Effective 1st of month following completion of 30 days of employment
 

Life Insurance                          Effective 1st of the month following completion of 30 days of employment. 
                                                1.5 times annual salary.  (FT and PT employees working 1,560 hours
                                                annually/30 hrs. per week are eligible)

Retirement Plan                       3% of monthly salary – provided by the Agency
                                                Effective after one (1) year of employment
                                                (FT and PT employees working at least 1,000 hrs. annually)

 

403(B) Thrift Plan                     Agency matches up to 3% of employee contribution.  (FT and PT employees are eligible.  Agency matching contribution effective after one (1) year of employment.

 

Disability Plan                          60% of annual salary effective after ninety (90) days of 
            employment.  (FT employees eligible)

 

Sick Leave                               2.77 hours accumulated bi-weekly
                                                Nine (9) days per year (FT employees)

 

Vacation Leave                        4.62 hours accumulated bi-weekly
                                                Fifteen (15) days per year
                                                Effective after six (6) months of employment (FT employees)

 

Personal Leave                        Two (2) days per year after ninety (90) days of employment
 

Holidays                                   Ten (10) paid holidays:
