Intensive Home-Based Treatment (Homebuilders)

Family Solutions is a program designed to preserve families in their natural home environment and to assist them in gaining insight into their family systems and the problems associated with emotional/behavioral disorders, as well as substance abuse.  Home based services and community collaboration/support services are the focus of treatment to prevent unnecessary out of home placements.

• To collaborate with community referral sources to ensure a streamlined referral and follow-up process.
• All families served by the program shall have a Continuing Care Plan.
• To ensure that families are able to maintain the youth in their home by utilizing skills acquired, natural supports and community resources.
