Developed by the American Lung Association of Ohio, this tobacco prevention program targets fourth and fifth grade students at the time when youth are most at-risk for starting tobacco use. A Prevention Educator conducts four interactive lessons covering the following topics:
- The health effects of smoking
- Decision-making skills
- Character traits
- Refusal skills
- Goal setting
Target population: 4th and 5th Grade Youth
Length of Program: Four (4) Classroom Sessions
