Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc. invites proposals from qualified organizations for evaluation services to support their proposal for the CCBHC-IA grant through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). All proposals must be received by 5:00pm EST on Monday, July 27, 2026, to be considered a responsive proposal. Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc. reserves the right to extend this deadline by providing a written addendum to the request for Proposal.
