GROUP - Life Skills: Overcoming Obstacles

  • FRC Lima Campus 530 South Main Street Lima, Ohio USA (map)

Overcoming Obstacles is a free program designed to help high school students build real-life skills for a stronger future. Through engaging sessions, teens will learn how to communicate effectively, solve problems, make smart decisions, set and reach goals, handle conflict in healthy ways, and prepare for life after graduation, whether that means college, a career, or something in between.

This group meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4pm through July 2nd.

This group is just one of many that we offer as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Groups may not be right for all clients. FRC clinicians customize each individual client’s treatment plan so that it’s tailored for their unique needs. Treatment plans may or may not include this or other group therapy sessions, depending on the individual’s needs and treatment goals.
