VOICES is a support group just for teen girls. It’s a safe place to talk, share stories, and learn about yourself. In the group, you’ll get to explore topics like friendships, feelings, and choices. You’ll also learn healthy ways to cope with stress and tough times. VOICES helps you build confidence, feel supported, and know you’re not alone. Activities include journaling, discussions, art, and more!
This group meets once per week on Thursdays from 11am-12:30pm. There will be no session on Thursday, July 3.

This group is just one of many that we offer as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Groups may not be right for all clients. FRC clinicians customize each individual client’s treatment plan so that it’s tailored for their unique needs. Treatment plans may or may not include this or other group therapy sessions, depending on the individual’s needs and treatment goals.
