GROUP - CBI For Adult Women Living With Substance Use Disorder

  • Family Resource Center - Carlin Campus 1941 Carlin Street Findlay, Ohio 45840 United States (map)

Our Cognitive Behavioral Interventions (CBI) groups are designed to support individuals in recovery from Substance Use Disorder by helping them build healthier thinking patterns, manage triggers, and develop practical coping skills. Through structured, evidence-based sessions, participants learn how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and how to break the cycle of substance use by making meaningful changes.

We offer separate groups for males and females to ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable space for open conversation and growth. Each group meets regularly and is led by trained professionals who guide participants through topics such as relapse prevention, emotional regulation, communication skills, and goal setting.

This group is just one of many that we offer as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Groups may not be right for all clients. FRC clinicians customize each individual client’s treatment plan so that it’s tailored for their unique needs. Treatment plans may or may not include this or other group therapy sessions, depending on the individual’s needs and treatment goals.
