This free group helps adults improve how they think, act, and relate to others, especially in tough situations. T4C is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and focuses on changing thinking patterns linked to criminal behavior. Group members learn new social skills, how to manage emotions, and how to make safer, healthier choices. Each session includes discussion, real-life practice, and support from trained staff. This group is just one of many that we offer as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Groups may not be right for all clients. FRC clinicians customize each individual client’s treatment plan so that it’s tailored for their unique needs. Treatment plans may or may not include this or other group therapy sessions, depending on the individual’s needs and treatment goals.
