 A Round That Matters

We know that life, much like golf, doesn’t always go according to plan. There are days when it feels impossible to get back on course because of unexpected hazards, a tough lie, or a bad bounce. Family Resource Center is here to help, and our 1st Annual Par For A Purpose Charity Golf Scramble is a chance for you to help local kids, adults, and families regain their footing when they find themselves stuck in the rough.

Services your swing supports

Funds raised through the Par For A Purpose Charity Golf Scramble directly support Family Resource Center’s work to provide mental health and addiction recovery services to kids, adults, and families in the communities we serve, including Lima, Elida, Spencerville, Findlay, Bluffton, and more. Your generosity helps keep vital programs within reach for those who need them most.

  • Outpatient Counseling for children, adults, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges.

  • Addiction Treatment and Recovery Services that help people overcome substance use challenges and build healthier, more stable lives.

  • Family-Focused Services, including parenting support and programs that build stability at home.

  • Community-Based Education and Prevention, helping clients build skills and learn healthy coping strategies before a challenge becomes a crisis.

  • Crisis Support, connecting the community with mental health professionals trained in providing crisis support and working with families to create a plan that keeps everyone safe.

Thank You to Our Lima Community

Great work can only be done with the support of great local partners. Our first-ever Par for a Purpose golf outing is made possible thanks to the generosity of our incredible sponsors and community supporters. From tee sponsors to team participants, local businesses are stepping up to drive meaningful impact for the individuals and families we serve. We are deeply grateful for their partnership and their commitment to strengthening mental health and addiction services in our community.
