System of Care Leadership Academy

The Seventh Annual System of Care Leadership Academy will be kicking off in August of 2025! Through a three month* interactive, hybrid, learning curriculum we will be developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills among 20 select emerging leaders in Hancock County. During this free course, participants will dive into a curriculum centered around predictive index, cross-system communication, emotional intelligence, and more. Breakout groups, hands-on activities, and discussion panels will be incorporated to further the reach of the curriculum. While engaging in these different core topics, participants will have the opportunity to select and work together as a group to plan, present, and execute a project into the community from a pre-determined list of topic ideas.

*Sessions will alternate each week from in-person to virtual and are tentatively scheduled once a week, Thursday mornings, in person 8:45am-12:45pm and virtual 9:00am-11:00am . (Day 1 8/21/25 will be a full day) The program will conclude with an in-person graduation ceremony and a presentation of projects.

Session will run on Thursday’s from August 21st to October 16th
