Open Access is one way new clients become enrolled in our services in Findlay, Lima, Sidney, and St. Marys. No appointments required, just come to our office during the specified hours. Please bring your ID, insurance information, W2 or recent pay stub, and custody paperwork if applicable.

How does Open Access work?

  1. Pack your ID, insurance information, W2 or recent pay stub, and any custody paperwork if applicable. You can also get a head start on your paperwork by clicking the buttons below.

  2. Come to our office during specified hours and visit the front desk.

  3. During your visit, you'll meet with a licensed clinician and complete your assessment. This may feel more like an interview than a counseling session, but it's an important part of making sure that you get all the right services at the right time to support you.

  4. Together, you and the clinician will determine what is the next best step for you in your recovery journey.

  5. Before you leave, you'll meet with our enrollment staff to set up your next appointment(s).
